"Knomics-Biota" is an information system for interactive analysis of human gut microbiome data, developed together with knomics and datalaboratory for scientists worldwide. Every scientist or clinician can easily input metagenomic data and get several reporting options in the form of interactive graphs and charts. This allows the results to be viewed from different angles.
Reports of different types help to quickly obtain materials for articles, as well as easily perform statistical analyses and compare results with the results of world studies. A large number of convenient filters are available for more accurate results.
